Template Construtor de Vendas

This is a communication solution for listing projects, sending addresses, campaign materials, floor plans, creating leads with conversation history, and opening customer service cases in the Relationship module. Weni provides digital solutions to automate conscious, open, and accessible communication. This template is a chatbot developed by Weni, using the Construtor de Vendas API.

Requirements

To begin using the integration, some information is needed to set up your chatbot:

  1. Email and API Token for CV API Consumption

Create a Token and Email to access the CV API. Here’s how to create them.

  1. Topics and Subtopics for Customer Service

Topics and subtopics are required to open a case in CV. For each menu option that will open a case in CV, provide the Topic ID and Subtopic ID.
